(12/30/25) Our second visit to Zia's did not disappoint. As was the first visit, everything was excellent. Food, service, servers (Jonathan D) and atmosphere was top notch. I had the Linguini Con Pesce, and it was superb. Portion size was large enough to enjoy a second meal at home. Parking was a bit tight, but that is to be expected, with an excellent restaurant. Our entire party was very pleased with our dining experience.

Zia's is one of my most favorite Italian restaurants. The service is always great, the food never let's me down (consistently delicious) and the experience is always pleasant! I have been here more times than I can count since this past fall and twice on my last week here living in STL. Zia's is impressive and satisfying.

Delicious food here! It was recommended to us as a favorite of someone who frequents restaurants on The Hill. It did not disappoint. The salad with house dressing was great. The bread and oil were very nice and I had the Tutto Mare. Wonderful!

Had dinner last night at Zia's. The service was friendly and prompt, but the food stole the show! We started with toasted ravioli, but no pictures, it was delicious, then I had Veal and my wife had Carbonara. Absolutely worth the wait!

Best bang for your buck Italian! Came for Wednesday dinner, 30m wait but got a bar seat immediately (not typically that busy then, it was an anomaly). Steve (bartender) and the staff were fantastic. Reasonable prices and HUGE portions! I got the toasted ravioli and baked pasta with meatballs. The guy beside me got the special and remarked how even the house salad tasted amazing! Would highly recommend, will be back!

Busy for a reason, great food! Ashley served our table, and brought us toasted ravioli and main course dishes, quickly, even though we had a 20 minute wait (they use table ready pucks and texting to let you know you're table is ready). Food was well presented and tasty. With the large crowd the noise level was on the high side, but still enjoyed our meal and conversation. Street parking only, nut even a block or so gets you there np.

We tried the pollo parmigiana and the special for the night which was braised short rib ravioli from the local landmark. Both were excellent but the short rib was amazing: one of the best dishes I have ever tried. House made tiramisu and canolis also perfect end to dinner.

My dining experience at Zia’s felt more like dinner at a favorite relatives house than a restaurant. Your relative then packages up leftovers and sends you happily on your way. I didn’t see anyone leave the restaurant without a to go bag and my memorable meal became my breakfast and lunch the next day. Italian leftovers for breakfast are delicious. 😁 I had the pleasure of being served by Jim. Jim is everything you want in a waiter! Attentive, knowledgeable and funny. I had Zias warm bread, salad with Zia’s signature dressing , (which I got a bottle of for shrimp and asparagus at Jim’s suggestion) the famous toasted ravioli and Spiedini Proscuitto. Also at Jim’s suggestion. The chicken was cooked perfectly! I would order everything again. I ended my gluttony with the best Tiramisu I’ve ever had. I had to get up and walk around the restaurant to even have a few bites of the dessert, I was so full, but it was totally worth it! I will be coming back to eat at Zia’s anytime I am in St.Louis. I left Zias restaurant with my stomach and heart full. Thank you for the experience.

We had a wonderful dinner for my birthday!!! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was romantic, and everyone was friendly, but our waiter Ian was the best waiter we have ever encountered. He was very kind, professional, patient, helpful, attentive, and efficient yet relaxed. He made sure we were enjoying everything and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you Zia's for showing us there is still genuine hospitality in the world. We will definitely be coming back and letting everyone we know that Zia's is the best restaurant for great quality Italian food and friendly service in Missouri.

Zia's Restaurant has become one of our family traditions whenever we go to Saint Louis Zoo or spend the day shopping and exploring St. Louis. Ever since we first found it, we make a point to stop there whenever we’re in town. The restaurant sits on a corner in The Hill and has such a great old-school Italian atmosphere. It honestly feels like stepping into a classic gangster movie in the best possible way — it gives the place so much charm and character. The calamari was wonderful, and the homemade ravioli was probably the best ravioli I’ve ever had. Everything tasted fresh, comforting, and authentic. It’s just one of those places that feels special from the moment you walk in. We also found a really cool bakery nearby, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, this is a wonderful restaurant with amazing food and atmosphere, and I 100% recommend it. ---
